When selecting a Shipping method, the “expected delivery date” is Days to Process PLUS Days to Deliver. “Expected delivery date” is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Custom and personalized orders are usually processed within 2 business days1; may be longer during holiday and graduation seasons.
Non-Custom/Non-Personalized orders, if ‘Payment Received’ orders arrive by 12pm PST on business days1, they are usually processed the same day. Orders received after 12pm PST on business days, weekends, or holidays are usually processed the following business day.
Within 2 business days of placing your order, check for messages or emails that we may have sent to you. (E.g. verification of shipping address, order questions, processing status, shipping status) Therefore, when checking out, please confirm that you have provided a valid email.
We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). At the completion of our processing, an auto-generated email with the tracking number is sent to you. Therefore, when checking out, please confirm that you have provided a valid email. Then visit https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input to check on the shipping status of your package.

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). We currently offer 3 shipping methods. The days listed below are Expected Delivery Dates and are not guaranteed by USPS:
